This Web Site has been prepared for the purpose of providing certain information on activities carried out by SOS Log- Associazione Italia per la Logistica Sostenibile (hereinafter referred to as SOS Log). This Web Site in particular is intended to provide to SOS Log stakeholders general information (a) on sustainable logistics and supply chain best practices (b) on scope and activities provided by the association SOS Log reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service of the Web Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. SOS Log shall not be liable to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Web Site. The Web Site has been compiled in good faith by SOS Log, but no representation is made or warranty given (either express or implied) as to the completeness, exactness or accuracy of the information it contains. In this regard, the user should always verify the accuracy and exactness of the information reported in the Web Site before acting upon it, by calling the relevant offices of SOS Log. By accessing this Web Site, the User acknowledges that it shall not rely on completeness, exactness or accuracy of the information contained herein and agrees that SOS Log is not be liable for any possible direct or indirect loss arising from an improper use of the information contained in this Web Site. Access and use of this Web Site are partially reserved to partners and require the completion of a registration process. The partner is responsible for providing true, accurate, current and complete information about itself and keeping it keep true, accurate, current and complete at all time. Upon completing the registration process, the partner shall receive a password and account designation and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and for all activities that occur under its password or account. Only those persons who are authorised to utilise the Web Site within the partner organization shall have access to the account designation and the password. SOS Log, in its sole discretion, may terminate the account and password and may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Web Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. The copyright in the information contained in this Web Site belongs to and remains with SOS Log. Access to information does not imply a licence to reproduce and/or distribute this information and the user is not allowed to do any such acts without SOS Log’s prior consent. Privacy Statement – mot registered user

We make no effort to identify public users of our site. No identifying data is disclosed to any third party for any purpose. Data that we collect is used only for server administration. This statement applies to general interactions with the SOS Log Web Site. It does not apply to customer e-commerce interactions nor email sent to SOS Log staff or lists. Any questions regarding the web site and the privacy policy can be directed to segreteria@sos-logistica.org. Email interactions are guided by general net-etiquette conventions. As it is typical, we log http requests to our server. This means that we know the originating IP address of an agent requesting a URL. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log files to determine which files are most requested and the previous site or user agent which prompted the request. Our logging is passive; we do not use technologies such as cookies to maintain any information on users. Logged information is not disclosed outside SOS Log host site personnel. Aggregate (completely non-identifying) statistics generated from these logs may be reported as part of research results. The logs are permanently archived as raw research material. Privacy Statement for Registered Users We use registered user related information for the purposes of administering SOS Log, and communicating and collaborating with our partners. This statement applies to customer e-commerce interactions with the SOS Log Web site. It does not apply to not-registered general interactions nor email sent to SOS Log staff or lists. Registered Users’ interactions with the site are authenticated. Consequently we have the capability to identify users and their activities.
